Claudia is ICG’s CEO Assistant, a role which challenged her to work in new fields aiming at a continuous personal growth and development.

After several work experiences in architecture and interior design she successfully became the administrative reference person for ICG team.
She is now responsible for the office, the executive secretariat and the courses for the ICG Academy.

Carmen has a Bachelor degree in Public Relations and Advertising and a Master degree in Marketing Management.
She is responsible for ICG’s global marketing strategy and Foreign markets relations.
